Diagnosis: Multiple sclerosis
HISTORY
- Debut: January
2003 (at 23 years old), with visual disorders, disappeared in 2 weeks under
a treatment with B vitamins
- before the debut: exaggerated consume of coffee (0,5 l/day), smoker from 9
years of 20 cigarettes/day; profession: economist
- in May 2003, with stress and tiredness, she made a high blood pressure crisis,
240/100 mmHg; after a few days it appears paraesthesia of the left side of the
body without the face; this disappears in 1 week; then it appears paraesthesia
of all right side of the body, stronger than the last; moreover walking difficult,
speaking difficult, eyesight unclear, frontal headache
- they made MRI in June 2003; the diagnosis was Multiple sclerosis
- the treatment was with corticosteroids for two months; after that she made
natural treatment with acupuncture, massage, teas, tinctures, diet

- light motor deficit
- paraesthesia and unpleasant sensation when touching the superior and inferior
right limbs and the face
- unclear eyesight, although she can read
- slips from a few years

- MRI in June 05, 2003:
- multiple round-oval demyelization images in both cerebral hemispheres, cerebellum
and in the hind-brain
- the biggest lesion, located near the left lateral ventricle of cerebrum has
the dimensions: 23,5 / 20,5 / 34,3 mm

After 1 year and 2 months from the beginning of the BVT
- she feels very
fine, she makes gymnastics daily, she is walking a lot by foot
- continuously diminishing of the par aesthesia, as intensity and surface
- the unpleasant sensation when touching – very weak, to the right ear
and a little aria before the ear
- rarely slips
- weight 69-70 Kg
