Api-phytotherapy in leuco-neuraxitis
HISTOPATHOLOGY DATA
PHYSIOPATHOLOGY
AETIO-PATHOGENY
The histopatological characteristic in leuco-neuraxitis is the demyelinization
plate.
The demyelinization plate starts frequently from a vein; this fact suggests
that the circulatory flow plays a major role in this disease.
In the central nervous system (composed by the brain and the spinal marrow)
the myeline sheaths are formed by rolling around the axes of the prolongations
of cells named oligodendrocites. Hence, the myeline sheath represents an integral
part of the cell not only a simple matter deposited around the axes.
In the mature demyelinization plates there are found integral neuronal axes
and gliosis, i.e. scar tissue. In the developing demyelinization plates there
can be found a disintegration of the myeline sheaths, reduced oligodendrocites
and discrete lesions of the axes, as well as the rest of the myeline sheaths
incorporated into the phagocytes.
The fact that the lesions of the axes are no longer found in the demyeliniyation
plates shows that they are able to recover regaining their normal shape. So,
there is a reconstruction tendency in the demyelinization plate.
Moreover, the neurons are those which during the intrauterine life secrete a
factor named GGF (glial growth factor). The glial growth factor (GGF) is a regulator
of the growth and differentiation of gliocites during the embryonic development
of the nervous system of the intrauterine foetus.
However, it was found that during the recovery of various cerebral lesions the
GGF is present in the cerebral tissue. This proves that the oligodendrocites
are able to regenerate by an adult person.
The neuron being the one secreting the GGF and being also able to regenerate
into the demyelinization plate, we can believe that the oligodendrocites are
also able to regenerate, as well as the myeline sheaths.
According to the authors Feigin and Popoff the fagocyites of mesenchymal origin
existing in the developing demyelinization plate would intervene in the recovery
of the myeline sheaths, as they present histo-chemical reactions similar to
the myeline sheaths within the peripheral nerves.
These information lead to the conclusion that the oligodendrocites are able
to recover. They being the ones that generate the myeline sheath, this means
that the myeline sheath can regenerate too.
The fact that the demyelinization plate can regenerate was recently confirmed
through NMR for patients in the USA who were following the treatment with Lipitor
(a cholesterol-lowering drug) and were also suffering from leuco-neuraxitis.
A favorable development of leuco-neuraxitis was found and also the disappearance/missing
of lesions by the NMR test. At present, there are studies in progress on the
possibility of using the drug directly in leuco-neuraxitis.
Other data that can rise important problems regarding the factors determining
the appearing of leuco-neuraxitis are those referring to the anti-hepatitis
vaccination. Recent studies carried out at the Harvard University show that
there is a direct connection between the anti-hepatitis vaccination and the
break out of multiple sclerosis. In France, many years ago there were around
15,000 people victims of the anti-hepatitis vaccination that sued the vaccine
producer. Half of them were suffering from multiple sclerosis that broke up
after they had got vaccinated against hepatitis.
In our country, the anti-hepatitis vaccination is compulsory and is made for
little children by administration of three doses of vaccine: the first one after
birth and the next at the age of two and six months.
Regarding the immune system there are also a couple of important matters:
- the over-loading of the immune system due to the introducing of an increased
number of vaccines;
- the immunity disorders of the entire population due to the modern food for
the processing of which synthetic food additives are excessively used (colouring
agents, flavours, preservatives, emulsifiers, sweetening agents, stabilizers,
etc.)
Moreover, these agents determine a general state of toxicity in the body which
may cause the apparition of various diseases; as a rule, a person gets ill on
the particular area on which its body is more sensitive.
Another important finding is the association between the increased level of
mercury in the body and the break out of leuco-neuraxitis. It has been determined
that the mercury comes from the dental fillings made up of mercury amalgam.
As we concluded that the leuco-neuraxitis lesions are reversible, in order to
reach this aim we have to fulfill certain conditions.
1. A good blood circulation is necessary at the CNS’s level in order to
ensure both the transport of nutrients to the nervous tissue and the take over
of metabolites and toxins from this level.
2. Ensuring the main nutrients necessary observing the proper quality and quantity,
i.e. firstly the amino-acids, vitamins, ensimes, co-ensimes, oligoelements
3. Ensuring the active principles playing a general and local regenerating and
stimulating role
4. Regulating the functioning of the central nervous system; especially nervous
relaxation and stress control as it is ascertained that stress has became one
of the main factors causing the break out of leuco-neuraxitis
5. Removing the factors that have a negative influence upon the nervous systems,
for example the electro-magnetism in excess coming from the electronic devices,
irradiation coming from the mobile telephone, computer monitor, TV set;
6. Regulating the immune system (monitors and TV sets are also disturbing the
immune system)
7. Removing the toxins from the entire body
8. Ensuring the well functioning of the entire body as the illness affects the
whole individual not only its brain
All these conditions can be fulfilled by returning to a normal life and nutrition
style to which we may also add the therapeutical remedies that meet the demands
and are able to work upon the body entailing the stopping and regression of
the development of the disease.
Api-phytotherapy comprises a wide range of remedies acting on multiple directions
applicable to leuco-neuraxitis.
